Microsoft here are some things you need to do for windows 7.  First ELIMINATE all unnecessary popup and warning dialogs. If I download something don’t warn me, don’t ask me if I am sure, just do it.  If I have updates don’t nag me.  I should only ever see a notice dialog like that after coming back from an idle system or on bootup.  It should also go away quickly and not come...

Windows 7 Beta
Trying to download the windows 7 beta.  So I log in from my mac.  Try to start a download.  Nothing happens.  Click the download link, still nothing.  No warning that something failed or anything just click and nothing.  So I see a silverlight link in the upper corner.  I figure maybe they have updated their download manager that I know they run for installs to silverlight.  Go through the hassle...

Palm New device and OS →
Palm is the first device that I have seen that looks like it has some features that can compete against apple.  I doubt it will have the capability to do complex apps like the iPhone but it’s development environment is html/css and javascript.  Giving it a much larger pool of developers to pull from.  Not sure if they will have an app store or not either but they have some original ideas. ...
